Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

Zyncoraa provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows event organizers to generate QR codes, manage attendee lists, and facilitate event check-ins via volunteer scanners. Zyncoraa is strictly a software provider. We do not process, facilitate, or manage the sale of event tickets between organizers and attendees.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our software subscriptions and usage fees. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns related to the Zyncoraa software fee.

3. User Responsibilities

As an Event Organizer using Zyncoraa, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the planning, execution, and safety of your events.
• You are solely responsible for processing ticket payments from your attendees through your own independent payment gateways.
• You will not use Zyncoraa to facilitate illegal, harmful, or fraudulent events.
• You are responsible for obtaining explicit consent from your attendees to collect and upload their data (such as names and emails) into the Zyncoraa platform for the purpose of generating QR tickets.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyncoraa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Canceled, delayed, or poorly attended events.
• Loss of revenue from ticket sales.
• Inability to check attendees in due to local internet outages, hardware failures, or user error at the event venue.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that harm the reputation or functionality of Zyncoraa.
