1. Software Fees and Subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all billing, cancellations, statutory withdrawal rights, and refunds for Zyncoraa's software fees and subscriptions are governed entirely by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. We do not enforce any custom qualifiers or exceptions for software fee refunds.
How to Cancel:
You can cancel a Subscription at any time with effect from the end of your current billing period through the Buyer portal link in your subscription confirmation email.
How to Request a Refund:
If you would like to request a refund or exercise any applicable statutory withdrawal rights (such as the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU/EEA and UK consumers), please submit your request directly to Paddle by emailing [email protected] or by using Paddle's online support portal.
2. Event Tickets (For Attendees)
Please note that Zyncoraa is strictly a software provider for Event Organizers. We do not process, sell, or manage event tickets, nor does Paddle.com process event ticket sales. If you are an event attendee seeking a refund for a ticket you purchased, you must contact the specific Event Organizer directly. Zyncoraa cannot issue refunds for event tickets.
